We are delighted to inform all the candidates who chose the University of Port Harcourt as their choice of institution during their Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) registration that the UNIPORT POST-UTME 2023/2024 Application Form is now out for sale. All interested candidates should see the information below on the form price, closing dates, and how to apply.

Candidates who chose the University of Port Harcourt for Direct Entry Admission are hereby requested to apply for screening by logging in to the University website www.uniport.edu.ng and completing a Form online, to provide information on:

  1.  Name.
  2. Course.
  3. Qualifying Examination(s) for Direct Entry Admission.
  4. Results obtained from Qualifying Examinations (O’level, and A’Level/Diploma/NCE/JUPEB/IJMB and Degree), showing the pass level and points.
  5. Candidate’s JAMB Registration Number.

UNIPORT POST-UTME 2023/2024 Registration Guide

To apply for 2023-2024 UNIPORT POST-UTME, Eligible candidates are to:

  1. Visit the 2023-2024 University of Port Harcourt Post UTME online registration portal https://utmedetails.uniport.edu.ng/
  2. Input UTME Registration Number and confirm pre-loaded UTME details.
  3. Generate a Remita code for payment with your Master, visa, or Verve card, etc OR Print out the Payment Slip and proceed to any of the following Banks with the Remita platform:
    • (ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC, FCMB, UBA PLC, AND UNIPORT-CHOBA MICROFINANCE BANK) and make a payment of N2,000.00 only.
  4. Obtain a Remita receipt showing an Access Code from the Bank teller confirming the payment.
  5. Proceed back online and Login with your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code on the payment slip.
  6. Complete the Form online as requested.
  7. Upload your passport photograph with red background not more than 1 x 1 inch. (if requested)
  8. Click on the “submit button” and print Photo Card for the Screening Exercise clearance. Reprint Photo Card a day before the examination.

NOTE: The UNIPORT POST-UTME 2023/2024 registration is online, therefore, candidates are not expected to be present physically on the University Campus but are advised to register from any location.

2023-2024 UNIPORT POST-UTME Eligibilty Criteria

  • Inconsistency in name or picture on Registration Slip is not acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification of affected candidates. Candidates’ names on their O’Level Certificates, UTME Results, and other registration documents must be the same.
  • Candidates MUST be sixteen (16) years of age or above by October 2023, to be eligible for the exercise.
  • Candidates must ensure that their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB website as soon as possible as those who do not, will not be considered for admission.
  • Note the date and time of Screening on the Photo Card.
  • Candidates must ensure that they register with their own valid personal telephone (GSM) numbers and email addresses.
  • Ensure to Reprint Photo Card a day before the examination.

  • The management of UNIPORT has announced Monday, 3rd July 2023 as the date for sales of the Post UTME Form.

How Much Is UNIPORT Post UTME Form

  • UNIPORT Post UTME form will be sold for Two thousand Naira (NGN2000).
UNIPORT JAMB Cut-Off Mark To Be Eligible For Post UTME?
  • 150 is the minimum JAMB cut-off mark any student who wants to study at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) must score.

Students with 149 as a JAMB score are not eligible to participate in the UNIPORT POST-UTME 2023/2024 exam, to be eligible, you must be with a JAMB score of 150 and above, the higher your JAMB scores the better your chances of being admitted.

DISCLAIMER: UNIPORT Cut off mark being 150 does not mean with a JAMB score of 150 you will be assured admission, No, it only gives you a fighting chance (allows you to participate in the Post UTME).
